Counsellor

I offer online bereavement counselling for adults who are living with loss.

Grief can be overwhelming and isolating. You may be grieving the death of a partner, family member, or someone central to your life. There is no right way to grieve, and no fixed timeline.

I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and a bereavement volunteer supporting people at the end of life and after a death. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about your loss, at your own pace and in your own way.

My approach is calm and attentive. I listen carefully to what this loss has meant for you and how it is affecting you now. I do not push people to move on or find quick answers. Instead, I work with you to help you feel less alone with your grief and more able to live alongside it.

Sessions are  online, offering privacy, consistency, and a steady space to be heard.

This is your time, and your grief matters.

If you feel ready, you are welcome to get in touch.
